NOVELTY - Metal single-site catalytic material, which is a carbon material modified with oxygen atoms as a carrier, support isolated and dispersed metal phthalocyanine or metal porphyrin molecules with M-N4characteristic structure, the M is metal, and the N is pyrrole nitrogen. USE - The metal single-site catalytic material is used as a cathode catalyst of a gas diffusion electrolytic cell for electrosynthesis of hydrogen peroxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, easy to amplify, without expensive raw material and device. The method can realize electric synthesis hydrogen peroxide performance with large current and high Faraday efficiency under the condition of alkali, acid condition, and it can continuously synthesize hydrogen peroxide solution with high concentration. The metal single atom and its coordination atom environment are controlled by changing the metal type and the chemical property of the modified carbon carrier surface, the key reaction intermediate product adsorption energy is optimized, and the method can improve the activity and selectivity of the electric synthesis. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: preparing the metal unit point catalytic material comprising (a) oxidizing the carbon material to obtain the carbon material carrier modified by oxygen atom, (b) respectively dispersing the carbon material carrier and metal phthalocyanine or metal porphyrin modified by oxygen atom in the organic solvent, adding the dispersion of metal phthalocyanine or metal porphyrin into the dispersion of carbon material carrier modified by oxygen atom, where the mass ratio of metal phthalocyanine or metal porphyrin and carbon material carrier is 1-20%, continuously stirring, and obtaining the metal unit point catalytic material; and use of metal single-site catalytic material as a cathode catalyst of a gas diffusion electrolytic cell for electrosynthesis of hydrogen peroxide.
