NOVELTY - Permeable brick prepared using construction waste comprises 30-60 pts. wt. activated construction waste, 10-20 pts. wt. river sand, 10-20 pts. wt. cement, 0.5-1 pts. wt. admixture and 0-5 pts. wt. colorant as base layer material, and 50-70 pts. wt. quartz stone, 15-20 pts. wt. cement, 0-3 pts. wt. graphene, 0-1 pts. wt. reinforcing agent and 0-1 pts. wt. colorant as surface layer material. The river sand is composed of 4-8 meshes river sand and 8-16 meshes river sand in a mass ratio of 1-3:1. USE - Used as permeable brick prepared using construction waste. ADVANTAGE - The permeable brick: has improved the permeability and compressive strength, and improved the abrasion resistance and strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Permeable brick prepared using construction waste comprises 30-60 pts. wt. activated construction waste, 10-20 pts. wt. river sand, 10-20 pts. wt. cement, 0.5-1 pts. wt. admixture and 0-5 pts. wt. colorant as base layer material, and 50-70 pts. wt. quartz stone, 15-20 pts. wt. cement, 0-3 pts. wt. graphene, 0-1 pts. wt. reinforcing agent and 0-1 pts. wt. colorant as surface layer material. The river sand is composed of 4-8 meshes river sand and 8-16 meshes river sand in a mass ratio of 1-3:1. The activated construction waste is prepared by crushing construction waste and sieving out the coarse materials having particle size of 1-8 mm and fine materials having 3 hours, particle size of less than or equal to 1 mm, heating the crude material at 600-800 degrees C and calcining for 2-5 hours to obtain activated crude material, heating fine material at 400-600 degrees C, calcining for 1-3 hours, mixing with calcium oxide, grinding, heating at 600-800 degrees C, calcining for 0.5-2 hours to obtain activated coarse material, and mixing activated coarse material and activated fine material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the permeable brick comprising (i) (a) taking activated construction waste prepared by above method, (b) crushing quartz stone and sieving to obtain 10-30 mesh quartz sand, (c) mixing the treated activated construction waste with cement, river sand, admixtures and color pigments to obtain base layer material, mixing the obtained quartz sand with cement, reinforcing agent, and coloring materials to obtain surface layer material, (ii) forming the base layer material and the surface layer material through cloth to obtain blank body, and (iii) curing the prepared blank body to obtain final product.
