▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Amine-based modification of graphene quantum dots involves (1) dispersing graphene quantum dots containing carboxyl groups in water to obtain a graphene quantum dot dispersion, (2) adding aqueous ammonia to the dispersion to neutralize its acidity, adding ammonium chloride as a nitrogen source, (3) heating, evaporating, converting carboxyl groups on the surface of the graphene quantum dots into primary amide group, (4) adding water to disperse solid obtained in step (3), adding sodium hypobromite under the protection of an ice bath, and rapidly stirring to obtain a reaction solution, and (5) dialyzing the reaction solution using a dialysis bag until the external solution does not make silver nitrate solution to precipitate. The dialysis bag contains amino-modified graphene quantum dots. USE - Amine-based modification of graphene quantum dots. ADVANTAGE - The method produces amine-modified graphene quantum dots with excellent dispersibility using simple reaction device, under mild reaction conditions. The existence form of nitrogen atom in the product is clear. The amine-modified graphene quantum dots are recycled by dialysis. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for amine-modified graphene quantum dots.
