▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A halogen-free flame-retardant polypropylene composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. polypropylene, 10-50 pts. wt. composite fire retardant, 0.1-5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.1-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, and 20-30 pts. wt. filler. The composite fire retardant is formed by 1-10 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 10-40 pts. wt. inorganic hydroxide and 0.1-5 pts. wt. coupling agent. The modified graphene oxide is obtained by modifying graphene oxide with γ-aminopropyl triethoxy silane. USE - Halogen-free flame-retardant polypropylene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The halogen-free flame retardant polypropylene composite material can effectively improve the flame-retardant property of polypropylene. The limiting oxygen index (LOI) of the composite material is 24-31. The flame-retardant performance can reach UL94V-0 level. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of halogen-free flame-retardant polypropylene composite material, which involves (s1) mixing polypropylene, composite fire retardant and filler, drying at 60-80℃, adding the coupling agent, dispersant and antioxidant, mixing uniformly, and extruding by adding into twin-screw extruder.
