▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of ultra-high-strength graphene-modified polymer material involves adding graphene oxide to deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing for 2-3 hours to obtain uniformly dispersed aqueous graphene oxide solution having a concentration of 5-10 wt.%, adding chitosan to 0.5-2 wt.% acetic acid solution, magnetically stirring to obtain a chitosan-acetic acid solution, adding 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, carbon fibers, and dicyclohexylcarbodiimide to a solvent, magnetically stirring for 4-6 hours, uniformly dispersing to obtain a dispersed solution (a), adding the chitosan acetic acid solution and the dispersed solution (a) to the aqueous graphene oxide solution, magnetically stirring, adding a crosslinking agent, and ultrasonically treating for 20-30 minutes, heating to 80-90 degrees C for 5-8 hours, stirring, adding polyacrylic acid and polylactic acid, mixing for 1-2 hours, uniformly mixing, adding the mixture to a twin-screw extruder, melt-extruding, granulating, and drying. USE - Manufacture of ultra-high-strength graphene-modified polymer material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of ultra-high-strength graphene-modified polymer material with excellent strength and thermal stability, and suppressed agglomeration phenomenon.
