NOVELTY - The atomizing core has a glass micropore (4) provided with an inner portion of an oil passing layer (1) and an oil locking layer (3). The oil passing layer is directly contact with an oil smoke, where the smoke oil is penetrated into the inner cavity through the oil passing layer, and the oil passing layer is one piece of glass, or 2-3 pieces of glass. An electric heating sheet (2) is electroplated or sintered on a glass. The graphene ends of the electric heating sheet is electrode sheet, connected with a circuit, such that the smoke oil in the oil locking layer is rapidly atomized. USE - Microporous atomizing core for an electronic cigarette glass. ADVANTAGE - The atomizing core uses glass as the substrate, and processes multiple micropores on the glass through laser-induced hole forming technology. The smoke oil passes through the micropores and is instantly atomized under high temperature heating. The micropores are not easy to block due the glass composition is simple, high temperature resistant and stable, which can solve the problems of easy blockage and odor in the current electronic cigarette, so that the glass is not harmful to human health, thus improving the current electronic cigarette product quality. The atomizing core has low cost of glass, simple processing technology, and low comprehensive cost. The atomizing core avoids the oil leakage caused by the large pressure of the oil locking layer and the smoke oil contact. The atomizing core realizes that the instantaneous temperature reaches over 200 degrees Celsius after the power is turned on, which rapidly atomizes the smoke oil in the oil-locking layer.
