NOVELTY - A high toughness and low energy consumption graphene bio-based heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating comprises first component and second component. The first component comprises 30-45 wt.% modified phenolic resin, 0.5-0.8 wt.% defoamer, 0.1-0.3 wt.% substrate wetting agent, 0.5-1 wt.% hyperbranched coupling agent, 22-35 wt.% iron oxide red powder, 2.5-5 wt.% zinc phosphate, 5-10 wt.% shell nacre, 2-5 wt.% modified graphene oxide solution, 2-5 wt.% hollow glass beads, 0.2-1 wt.% leveling agent, and balance diluent. USE - High toughness and low energy consumption graphene bio-based heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has outstanding heat-insulating performance, high toughness and low energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the coating comprising preparing modified graphene oxide solution, preparing modified phenolic resin, and preparing heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating; and separately preparing first component and second component and mixing at mass ratio of 5:1.
