NOVELTY - The method involves adding graphene solution with surface active agent. Soluble lead salt is dissolved in de-ionized water to prepare lead-containing ion solution. The lead-containing ion solution is added into the graphene solution for performing ultrasonic process to form stable solution. Alkali solution is mixed with the stable solution for 2 hours to obtain a filtered solid reaction product. The reaction product is washed by using the de-ionized water. The reaction product is dried at 60 degrees Celsius for 12 hours. The reaction product is calcined at 150-200 degrees Celsius for 1 hour. USE - Lead-charcoal battery lead-oxide/graphene nano-composite material manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables avoiding agglomeration of graphene, realizing uniform dispersing of the graphene and lead oxide and improving charge acceptance and service life of a battery.
