NOVELTY - Preparation of shock-absorbing and noise-reducing rubber nanocomposite material comprises mixing modified carbon nanotubes, nanosilica, anti-aging agent, accelerator, kaolin, plasticizer, rare earth complex, aluminum oxide powder, silicon nitride powder, titanium dioxide powder and PTFE powder, adding butyl rubber, nitrile rubber and ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), kneading, cooling, adding modified graphene oxide, zinc oxide, vulcanizing agent and stearic acid, passing through open mill, extruding in ultrasonic extrusion material, and curing extruded material. USE - Method for preparing shock-absorbing and noise-reducing rubber nanocomposite material. ADVANTAGE - The nanocomposite material has tensile strength of 18 MPa, elongation at break of not less than 400, tear strength of not greater than 45 kN/m, and compression permanent deformation of not greater than 22%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of shock-absorbing and noise-reducing rubber nanocomposite material comprises mixing 3-5 pts. wt. modified carbon nanotubes, 1-3 pts. wt. nanosilica, 3-5 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 2-3 pts. wt. accelerator, 2-3 pts. wt. kaolin, 3-5 pts. wt. plasticizer, 2-3 pts. wt. rare earth complex, 1-2 pts. wt. aluminum oxide powder, 2-3 pts. wt. silicon nitride powder, 2-4 pts. wt. titanium dioxide powder and 1-2 pts. wt. PTFE powder in high-speed mixer at 15000-25000 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 5-10 minutes, adding 50-75 pts. wt. butyl rubber, 10-25 pts. wt. nitrile rubber and 10-25 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), kneading at 100-130 degrees C with 55-65 rpm speed for 60-90 minutes, cooling, adding 2-3 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 5-8 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent and 1-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, passing through open mill 4-10 times, extruding in ultrasonic extrusion material at 800-1000 W power and 35-50 kHz frequency, and curing extruded material at 150-180 degrees C and 10-30 MPa for 10-30 minutes.
