▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A dental alginate impression material is prepared by mixing 10-20 pts. wt. alginate, 8-18 pts. wt. gypsum, 2-6 pts. wt. retarder, 50-80 pts. wt. filling agent, 1-3 pts. wt. potassium fluotitanate, 3-6 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 5-8 pts. wt. nanoaluminum oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. surfactant, 0.8-3 pts. wt. plasticizer, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. antifoaming agent, and 0-1.6 pts. wt. other auxiliary agent. The filling agent is prepared by: (a) mixing nano-reinforced particles, emulsifying agent, and deionized water, adding adhesive, and ultrasonically homogenizing; (b) uniformly spraying homogenized mixture on the modified alginate fiber, and drying to obtain pre-treated modified alginate fiber; and (c) mixing pre-treated modified alginate fiber with deionized water, preparing into 1.5-2 wt.% suspension, performing micro-jet homogenizing treatment at a pressure of 200-220 MPa, circulating for 3-5 times, and drying. USE - Dental alginate impression material. ADVANTAGE - The dental alginate impression material has strong water-retaining property, high antibacterial rate, and smooth and compact surface, and is not easy to tear or deform. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of preparing dental alginate impression material, which involves: (i) mixing polyacrylamide and filling agent in a mass ratio of 1:5 for 10-15 minutes; (ii) adding plasticizer and mixing for 15-20 minutes; (iii) sequentially adding remaining portion of filling agent, gypsum, retarder, potassium fluotitanate, nanometer aluminium oxide, surfactant and alginate to the mixture, and mixing for 10-15 minutes; and (iv) adding defoaming agent and other auxiliary agent, and mixing for 5-10 minutes.
