▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene film has wrinkle density of 50-60 per 100 μm2. USE - Graphene film used in flexible film electronic and optoelectronic device such as touch screen, solar battery, organic LED and sensor. ADVANTAGE - The graphene film is prepared using polypropylene carbonate or poly ε-caprolactone to transfer to the graphene surface, which has weak interaction with the graphene surface and is easily soluble in various organic solvents, and can be easily removed from the film surface without leaving a residue, thereby improving the cleanliness of the film surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for transfer method of the graphene film, which involves forming additive transfer layer on surface of graphene film directly grown on the metal substrate to obtain additive transfer layer/graphene film/metal substrate composite, removing the metal substrate to obtain additive transfer layer/graphene film composite, attaching the graphene film side of the additive transfer layer/graphene film composite to the target substrate, and removing the additive transfer layer with an organic solvent. The additive transfer layer is a polypropylene carbonate layer or a poly ε-caprolactone layer.
