▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material comprises first ball-milling and uniformly mixing graphene powder and aluminum powder at 120-180 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 10-12 hours to uniformly adhered graphene on surface of aluminum powder and prevent agglomeration of graphene, second ball-milling and uniformly mixing at 200-300 rpm for 10-12 hours to deform sheet-shaped aluminum powder and embed graphene on surface of aluminum powder, cold-pressing to prepare graphene/aluminum composite material blank and hot extruding. USE - Method for preparing graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method uniformly disperses graphene in aluminum and reduces generation of brittle phase Al4C3, thus producing high-density and high-volume product.
