▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Long-acting antistatic nylon based on metal salt-graphene comprises 65-80 pts. wt. nylon 6 or polyamide -6, 8-15 pts. wt. metal salt type antistatic agent, 3-6 pts. wt. coupling agent, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene powder and 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Used as long-acting antistatic nylon based on metal salt-graphene. ADVANTAGE - The nylon: has better antistatic performance and the strength; and preparation process is simple, and does not pollute the environment, and improves the grade of the nylon brush with the pilling method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing long-acting antistatic nylon based on metal salt-graphene, comprising (i) taking a specific amount of diamine, dibasic acid and reaction solvent, adding into a three-necked flask, heating and stirring at under the protection of nitrogen at 50-65 degrees C, pre-reacting for 0.5-1 hour, adding equimolar dibasic acid and deionized water with 10-15% of the total monomer mass continuously, reacting in an oil bath at 120-165 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour under the protection of nitrogen, cooling and filtering to prepare prepolymer, adding polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol into the high temperature and high pressure reactor, adding 15-25 wt.% deionized water of the total monomer mass, 0.1-0.2 wt.% antioxidant and 1-2 wt.% catalyst, stirring to react at 190-200 degrees C at 1.2-1.5 MPa for 2-3 hours, releasing the pressure, heating up to 220-230 degrees C, reacting continuously for 2-3 hours, vacuumizing, cooling, filtering to prepare polyamide elastomer, drying, grinding into powder, and placing aside; (ii) preparing metal salt type antistatic agent, taking polyamide elastomer powder, adding the metal oxide and reaction solvent into the hydrothermal reactor, adding a certain amount of compatibilizer, placing it in the oven at 120-165 degrees C, reacting for 4- 6 hours, cooling, taking out, filtering, drying, grinding into powder, and placing aside; and (iii) preparing long-acting antistatic nylon by using nylon 6, metal salt antistatic agent, graphene powder, coupling agent and antioxidant, adding it into the hopper of the extruder, blending and shear extruding through the twin-screw extruder, cooling, pelletizing, drying, pressing with a plate vulcanizer, and making the sample to be tested.
