NOVELTY - A thin-film capacitor comprises an electrode (E1), an electrode (E2), and a dielectric provided between the electrode (E1) and the electrode (E2). The dielectric comprises a dielectric film (F1), an adjustment layer provided on the surface (S2) of the dielectric film (F1), a dielectric film (F2), and a conductive layer provided on the surface (S4) of the dielectric film (F2). The thin-film capacitor further includes an electrode (E3) and an electrode (E4) which are electrically connected to the conductive layer. The dielectric film (F1) and the dielectric film (F2) are made of polypropylene composite material comprising filler and a base material. The base material is 500-800 pts. wt. polypropylene resin. The filler comprises 100-200 pts. wt. ruthenium dioxide, 80-120 pts. wt. calcium carbonate and 40-60 pts. wt. carbon fiber. The electrode (E1) is provided on a surface (S1) of the dielectric film (F1). The surface (S3) of the dielectric film (F2) is adjacent to the adjustment layer. USE - Thin-film capacitor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of the thin-film capacitor, which involves forming the electrode (E1) on the surface (S1) of the dielectric film (F1), forming the adjustment layer on the surface (S2) of the dielectric film (F1), forming the conductive layer on the surface (S4) of the dielectric film (F2), forming electrode (E3) and electrode (E4), such that the electrodes (E3 and E4) are electrically connected to the conductive layer, forming the electrode (E2) on the surface (S6) of a dielectric film (F3), providing a dielectric film (F3), and superimposing the film (F1), film (F2), film (F3) and film (F4) together. The adjustment layer is adjacent to the surface (S3) of the dielectric film (F2). The conductive layer is adjacent to the surface (S5) of the dielectric film (F3). The dielectric film (F4) is adjacent to the electrode (E2); and (2) usage method of the thin-film capacitor, which involves electrically connecting the electrode (E1) and the electrode (E2) to a circuit, applying a direct current voltage between the electrode (E3) and the electrode (E4), and adjusting the value of the direct current voltage, such that the capacitance value of the thin-film capacitor is changed.
