NOVELTY - Corrosion-resistant and erosion-resistant surface protection involves superimposing orderly phosphate ceramic membrane protective layer, epoxy-organosilicon modified anti-corrosion coating and fluorocarbon anti-corrosion coating, and coating on surface of metal component of the oil well packer, where the epoxy-organosilicon modified anti-corrosion coating comprises 200-280 pts. wt. epoxy-silicone resin, 50-80 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 60-90 pts. wt. carbon fiber felt, 30-60 pts. wt. alumina, and 30-60 pts. wt. titanium oxide, the fluorocarbon anti-corrosion coating comprises 300-450 pts. wt. polytrifluorochloro-vinyl resin, 20-35 pts. wt. graphene oxide, and 60-73 pts. wt. silicon dioxide. USE - Method for corrosion-resistant and erosion-resistant surface protection for use in oil well packer. ADVANTAGE - The method can improve the reliability of the packer in a service environment and improve the hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, formation water corrosion resistance and fluid scouring resistance of the packer, and has convenient preparation, cost-effective and long service life.
