NOVELTY - Pure graphene transparent far-infrared electric heating film comprises 1.5-2 wt.% hydrogen, 3-4 wt.% oxygen, 85-90 wt.% carbon, 1.2-3.4 wt.% nickel, 2-2.6 wt.% tin, 2-2.6 wt.% silver, 1.3-2 wt.% zinc, and 0.5-1 wt.% titanium. USE - Pure graphene transparent far-infrared electric heating film. ADVANTAGE - The pure graphene transparent far infrared electric heating film has improved the quality of the graphene, where the carbon atoms in the pure transparent graphene infrared electrical heating film are uniformly distributed in the grid, there is no accumulation condition, and has high purity of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing pure graphene transparent far infrared electric heating film, which involves (1) taking the smooth material as the carrier, (2) taking the metal oxide nickel as the catalyst to decompose and remove carbon atoms, (3) firstly growing the copper atom on the smooth material substrate as the substrate to form a metal grid, filling the carbon atoms in each grid, (4) then mixing the metal oxide such as iridium, and ruthenium to make the carbon atom unit uniform, not easy to accumulate, forming simple graphene.
