▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Making process of shoe upper structure using recycled thermoplastic urethane and polyester covering yarn comprises (i) introducing core material composed of filament chemical fiber into covering yarn machine, finely melting modified thermoplastic urethane material, and deriving the yarn that has been coated with modified thermoplastic urethane material through the circular thread hole; (ii) quickly cooling the yarn that has been coated with the modified thermoplastic urethane material, and curing the modified thermoplastic urethane material to complete the coating of the polyester yarn; (ii) continuously adding the polyester yarn, and immersing the sewing thread in the masterbatch dyeing agent for dyeing treatment; (iv) drying at high-temperature and shaping the sewing thread. USE - The method is useful for making process of shoe upper structure using recycled thermoplastic urethane and polyester covering yarn. ADVANTAGE - The method enhances its strength of shoe upper structure, designs a knitting sequence, improves the knitting efficiency by inner and outer uppers are connected into U-shaped tube, and ensures simple production process and high production efficiency. The upper structure has good air permeability, waterproof, oil-proof and anti-fouling functions.
