NOVELTY - A preparation method of graphene composite armor material comprises providing graphene and 200-400 meshes copper alloy powder; performing graphite ultrasonic dispersion for 0.5-1.0 hour in alcohol solution to obtain graphene oxide/alcohol mixed solution; adding copper alloy powder into graphene oxide/alcohol solution, rotating at 100-500 revolutions/minute at 40-60 degrees C, mixing graphite/copper alloy mixed powder for 1-2 hours, and obtaining semi-solid-state paste; drying semi-solid paste to obtain graphene/copper alloy mixed powder; and crushing graphite/copper alloy mixed powder. USE - Preparation method of graphene composite armor material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, has adjustable and controllable process, has low material cost, and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation method of graphene composite armor material comprises providing graphene and 200-400 meshes copper alloy powder; performing graphite ultrasonic dispersion for 0.5-1.0 hour in alcohol solution to obtain graphene oxide/alcohol mixed solution; adding copper alloy powder into graphene oxide/alcohol solution, rotating at 100-500 revolutions/minute at 40-60 degrees C, mixing graphite/copper alloy mixed powder for 1-2 hours, and obtaining semi-solid-state paste; drying semi-solid paste at 50-60 degrees C for 2-3 hours to obtain graphene/copper alloy mixed powder; and crushing graphite/copper alloy mixed powder to obtain mixed powder without hardening agglomeration of copper alloy. The alloy mixed powder comprises 7.5-8.5 wt.% aluminum, 2.5-3.0 wt.% iron, 1.5-2 wt.% phosphorus, 0.1-0.3 wt.% rare earth, 1-2 wt.% nickel, and balanced copper.
