NOVELTY - Preparation of supported iron-based catalyst comprises mixing iron salt, metal salt additive and carrier additive, uniformly grinding at metal loading amount of 0.5-45% and additive loading amount of 0.1-20%, vacuum-drying to obtain catalyst precursor, rapidly heating using microwave using under protection of inert gas, and processing catalyst precursor. USE - The method is for preparing supported iron-based catalyst used for preparing liquid hydrocarbon fuel by carbon dioxide hydrogenation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst designs a multi-dimensional material as carrier, and introduces electronic additive to effectively control iron-based catalyst, promote generation of active phase and improve adsorption capacity of catalytic surface reaction molecule. The method uses dry chemical and microwave heating mode, avoids use of solvent and heating mode, is capable of quickly synthesizing and uniformly dispersing supported type iron-based catalyst.
