▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of thermally conductive material with vertical orientation structure involves (s1) placing planare thermal conductive material between gears to form fan-like structure with vertical orientation through the meshing action between the gears, and (s2) injecting elastic material during occlusion to fix the fan-like structure. USE - Preparation of thermally conductive material with vertical orientation structure for preparing thermal management materials (all claimed) used in electronic device for fifth generation (5G) and artificial intelligence applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables controllable preparation of the vertical orientation structure and provides thermally conductive material with high thermal conductivity in the vertical orientation, good compression resilience, strength, and improves the operability of subsequent die-cutting.
