NOVELTY - A Teflon (RTM: PTFE) containing graphene comprises powdered ceramic, silver solid and powdered vermiculite. USE - Functional Teflon (RTM: PTFE) containing graphene composite is used in various industries e.g. electric, electronic, chemical, mechanical, automotive, semiconductor, aerospace components and household appliances. ADVANTAGE - The functional Teflon (RTM: PTFE)containing graphene composite has excellent mechanical strength due to the presence of graphene component, and has an excellent antimicrobial activity due to the presence of silver component. The composite has improved quality. The vermiculite contributes to the excellent heat resistance of the composite. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of graphene composite, which involves mixing powdered ceramic, silver solid, powdered vermiculite and powdered graphene in a mixing device, heating to 300-400 degrees C in a furnace, melting the mixture, and dividing and extruding the melt.
