NOVELTY - A UV-curable leakage-resistant protective coating comprises 30-70 pts. wt., preferably 70 pts. wt. UV resin, 2-4 pts. wt., preferably 4 pts. wt. photoinitiator, 1-2 pts. wt., preferably 2 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.05-0.1 pt. wt., preferably 0.1 pt. wt. defoamer, 0.5-2 pts. wt., preferably 2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.1-1 pt. wt., preferably 1 pt. wt. adhesion promoter, 10-20 pts. wt., preferably 20 pts. wt. colloidal silica, 2-5 pts. wt., preferably 5 pts. wt. zinc acetate, 20-30 pts. wt., preferably 30 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-2 pts. wt., preferably 2 pts. wt. antisettling agent, 5-15 pts. wt., preferably 15 pts. wt. reactive monomer, and 5-25 pts. wt., preferably 25 pts. wt. filler. USE - UV-curable leakage-resistant protective coating. ADVANTAGE - The UV-curable leakage-resistant protective coating has excellent radiating performance. Graphene has high specific surface area and surface energy, and forms a mesh structure when drying the coating, which enhances the adsorption effect between the coating and base material. The coating forms compact layers having excellent impact resistance. The addition of zinc acetate and colloidal silica increases the leakage resistance breaking protection performance and improves the performance of other materials in the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the protective coating, which involves ultrasonically cleaning graphene with ionized water for 20-35 minutes, drying at 60 degrees C, mixing 1.2 pts. wt. aqueous ammonia, 12 pts. wt. deionized water, and 45 pts. wt. absolute ethanol, stirring to obtain a uniform solution, mixing 3 pts. wt. ethyl orthosilicate and remaining 15 pts. wt. absolute ethanol, stirring to obtain a uniform liquid, pouring the uniform solution into the uniform liquid, stirring while adding 8 pts. wt. methacryloxysilane to obtain a processing liquid, adding graphene to the processing liquid, stirring for 4.5 hours at 25 degrees C, taking out graphene, washing with absolute ethanol until the pH is 6.8, vacuum-drying for 6 hours at 60 degrees C obtain a graphene superhydrophobic material, mixing the UV resin, dispersant, defoamer, leveling agent, colloidal silica, zinc acetate, antisettling agent, and reactive monomer, adding the graphene superhydrophobic material and filler, mixing, adding the photoinitiator and adhesion promoter, and mixing.
