NOVELTY - Production of graphene-modified nylon 6 fiber involves adding caprolactam, modifier and graphene oxide suspension to polymerization reactor, introducing nitrogen, maintaining, stirring, heating, melt-extruding, water-cooling, pelletizing, drying, obtaining graphene modified masterbatch, completely mixing polyamide 6 chips and graphene modified masterbatch in the weight ratio of 92-96.5:3.5-8, melt-extruding, subjecting to spinning module, spraying by spinneret, forming tow, cooling, bundling, stretching, networking and winding-forming at speed of 4500-4800 m/minute. USE - Production of graphene-modified nylon 6 fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides graphene-modified nylon 6 fiber with excellent production efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Production of graphene-modified nylon 6 fiber involves dispersing 15-30 pts. wt. graphene to 30-50 times water, gradually heating, ultrasonically dispersing at 80-95 degrees C for 1-2 hours, obtaining graphene oxide suspension liquid, adding caprolactam, modifier and graphene oxide suspension to polymerization reactor, introducing nitrogen to vent the air in the polymerization reactor, maintaining, stirring, heating to 90-105 degrees C for 2-3 hours, distilling, continuously heating at 240-260 degrees C for 6-8 hours, melt-extruding, water-cooling, pelletizing, drying, obtaining graphene modified masterbatch, completely mixing polyamide 6 chips and graphene modified masterbatch in the weight ratio of 92-96.5:3.5-8, melt-extruding, subjecting to spinning module, spraying by spinneret, forming tow, cooling, bundling, stretching, networking and winding-forming at speed of 4500-4800 m/minute.
