▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A cortical actin determination method involves constructing electrochemistry light emitting probe sensor by soaking graphene nano-gold modified electrode in graphene oxide solution, preparing optical probe by dissolving peptide in ethyl alcohol, adding carboxylated pyridine ruthenium solution and reacting mixture to obtain electrochemistry light emitting probe sensor, detecting cortical actin by setting a layer of actin standard solution or sample solution, reacting at room temperature, removing electrode, washing the electrode and performing electrochemical luminous test. USE - Method for determining cortical actin. ADVANTAGE - The method enables determining cortical actin in a simple and inexpensive manner with high sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A cortical actin determination method involves constructing electrochemistry light emitting probe sensor by soaking graphene nano-gold modified electrode in 2.0 mg/ml graphene oxide solution to obtain graphene modified electrode, preparing optical probe by dissolving 2.0 mg peptide in 10 ml absolute ethyl alcohol, adding 5 mg carboxylated pyridine ruthenium solution at 4 degrees C, stirring mixture, washing and soaking in sulfydryl hexyl alcohol, reacting mixture for 30 minutes and adjusting pH to 7.4 by using phosphoric acid buffer solution to obtain electrochemistry light emitting probe sensor, detecting cortical actin by setting a layer of actin standard solution or sample solution, reacting at room temperature, removing electrode, washing the electrode and performing electrochemical luminous test.
