NOVELTY - High heat-conducting and insulating silicone grease comprises 100 pts. wt. base silicone oil, 10-20 pts. wt. modified silicone oil, 500-1500 pts. wt. heat conducting filler, 10-20 pts. wt. modifier and 30-40 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. USE - Used as high heat-conducting and insulating silicone grease. ADVANTAGE - The grease has low oil yield and improved reliability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the grease, comprising (i) adding base silicone oil, modified silicone oil, modifying agent and auxiliary agent into vacuum stirring kettle, stirring at 25 degrees C for 30-40 minutes with a stirring speed of 60-80 revolutions/minute, and defoaming to obtain mixture; and (ii) adding heat conducting filler, stirring at 40-60 degrees C for 2-4 hours with a stirring speed of 1000-3000 revolutions/minute, and performing vacuum defoaming treatment to obtain uniformly stirred and stable dispersion.
