▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The graphene structure has a substrate, and a graphene layer which is provided on the substrate. The graphene layer is included with several convex portions. The convex portions are hollow structured. The graphene layer is provided with a band gap due to the plurality of convex portions. A mono layer is provided as graphene layer. The diameter of each convex portion is measured in a range of 2 nm-6 nm, and the height is measured in a range of 0.15 nm-1 nm. USE - Graphene structure. ADVANTAGE - Since the band gap is formed in graphene due to the size effect without using GNR, the graphene structure which is suitable to use in any graphene device that requires graphene having band gap is achieved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The substrate is made of a catalyst metal configured to grow the graphene layer. The noble gas is intercalated between the substrate and each convex portion. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing graphene structure, which involves preparing a catalyst substrate. The graphene layer is grown on the substrate by supplying a carbon source gas on the catalyst substrate. The graphene layer is prepared by transferring the graphene layer on the substrate. The noble gas is irradiated by sputtering the noble gas. The noble gas is formed between the substrate and each convex portion by sputtering.
