The chemical formula of the material is Na4-(n-2)xMn1-xVMx(PO4)3C, M is dopant ion including tungsten ion, gallium ion, lanthanum ion, yttrium ion, ytterbium ion, tin ion, zirconium ion, niobium ion, or molybdenum ion; n is valence state of the dopant ion; and x = 0-0.2. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polyanionic sodium ion battery anode material.
