▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Josephson junction comprises a superconducting bilayer comprising two azimuthally misaligned layers of a two-dimensional material and having a first 202 and second segment 204, and a weak-link region 206 separating the first segment from the second segment, where the weak-link region has an enhanced concentration of lattice defects relative to the first segment and second segment and is an integral part of the superconducting bilayer. USE - Josephson junction for use in Josephson junction device such as microwave detector (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The Josephson junction has desired tunability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. a Josephson junction device, which comprises the Josephson junction, a first electrode in electrical communication with the first segment, a second electrode in electrical communication with the second segment, a gate dielectric underlying the Josephson junction and a back-gate electrode 210underlying the gate dielectric; and 2. a microwave detector, which comprises the Josephson junction device, a microwave source configured to direct microwave photons onto the weak-link region and a voltage detector configured to measure the voltage across the weak-link region of the Josephson junction. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows schematic view of twisted-bilayer graphene Josephson junction incorporated into a microwave circuit.
