▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene oxide modified non-expanded steel structure flameproof anti-corrosion bifunctional coating fabric comprises 35-45 wt.% porous material, 12-20 wt.% cement, 0.3-3 wt.% graphene oxide, 0.3-3 wt.% fiber-like substance, and deionized water (balance amount). The porous material comprises 25-35 wt.% dirt stone, 25-35% perlite, 10-20 wt.% kaolin, 15-25 wt.% light calcium, and 15-30 wt.% mica. USE - The coating fabric is useful for protecting steel structure component from flame and corrosion. ADVANTAGE - The coating fabric: has excellent mechanical properties, good thermal stability, chemical stability and corrosion resistance; is economical; improves the adhesion properties of the coating to the substrate; and ensures the reliability of anti-corrosion coating, flame safety and flame protection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) graphene oxide modified non-expanded steel structure flameproof anti-corrosion bifunctional coating bottom layer material, comprising 30-45 wt.% fabric, 15-20 wt.% interface agent, and deionized water (balance amount); and (2) use of the graphene oxide modified non-expanded steel structure flameproof anti-corrosion bifunctional coating bottom layer material, comprising (i) constructing bottom layer by taking interface agent, YC-1, graphene oxide and water according to ratio of 1:3:0.03:2.5, first adding graphene oxide into the water, stirring using a stirrer, adding the interface agent, uniformly stirring, finally adding YC-1 into the coating, and uniformly stirring into thick slurry, and brushing the surface of the steel sheet, where the thickness is 1-2 mm, solidifying, and hardening the bottom layer, and (ii) fabric coating: taking YC-1, graphene oxide and water according to 1:0.01:0.99, first adding graphene oxide into the water, using the stirrer for stirring, then adding YC-1 into the coating, using the stirrer to stir for 5-10 minutes, and forming homogeneous thick paste.
