▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing fluorinated graphene/polybenzoxazole composite film comprises (1) preparing N-methylpyrrolidone suspension of fluorinated graphene, (2) dissolving polyhydroxyamide in the N-methylpyrrolidone suspension of fluorinated graphene under the protection of inert gas, and stirring to obtain mixed solution, and (3) paving the mixed solution, and performing ring-closing reaction by heating to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing fluorinated graphene/polybenzoxazole composite film. ADVANTAGE - The method: adopts fluorinated graphene to carry out low-dielectric modification to the polybenzoxazole film, and simultaneously ensures the polybenzoxazole film with excellent mechanical and heat resistance properties, thus produces fluorinated graphene/polybenzoxazole composite film with high strength, high heat resistance and low dielectric constant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for fluorinated graphene/polybenzoxazole composite film prepared by above method. The graphene/polybenzoxazole composite film has tensile strength of 80-120 MPa, preferably 90-120 MPa and dielectric constant of 2-2.8, preferably 2-2.3.
