NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene by high energy catalytic physical peeling comprises wetting and soaking expanded graphite using water, conducting high energy ultrasonic treatment on soaked graphite at 1-3 kW to obtain graphite soaking liquid, adding 2-5 mass% silicon carbide (SiC) and 3-5 mass% surfactant, ball milling under inert gas protection, conducting high energy ultrasonic treatment for the second time, obtaining graphene dispersion, conducting gas stream fractionation to separate graphene sheets under inert gas protection, and spray drying to obtain graphene. USE - The method is for preparation of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem of conventional physical stripping method, which has high cost and is not easy to be mass-produced. It is mild, has no crushing and abrasion phenomenon, provides complete graphene crystal lattice structure, provides graphene sheet in a completely powdered form without limiting the storage and use environment, achieves low industrial production cost, and makes graphene convenient to be widely used in various industries.
