NOVELTY - Preparing transparent polyethylene terephthalate (PET) composite material comprises (i) adding KH560 modified graphene sheet by esterification and in situ polymerization bonded in PET and cutting; (ii) mixing terminal granules in solution containing hydrolytic tannin or condensed tannin, stirring for 4 hours at 60-75degrees Celsius, filtering, washing to obtain plant polyphenol modified granules; (iii) mixing nano silicon dioxide modified by KH550 and granules modified by plant polyphenol in solvent, stirring, filtering, drying to form first functional auxiliary agent, mixing KH550 modified nano-silver in plant polyphenol modified granules in solvent, stirring, filtering, drying to form second functional auxiliary agent; and (iv) mixing 110-120 pts. wt. PET, 5-8 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), 3-10 pts. wt. first functional auxiliary agent, 2-4 pts. wt. second functional auxiliary agent, 1-3 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.4-0.7 pts. wt. antioxidant, melting and extruding. USE - The method is useful for preparing transparent polyethylene terephthalate composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method: has high transparency, and high surface hardness and small friction coefficient; and can avoid the phenomenon of scratches on the surface caused by the collision of sundries.
