▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing thermoplastic shielding material comprises (1) adding ethylene propylene block copolymer polypropylene into organic solvent, adding antioxidant after heating in oil bath, stirring to completely dissolving ethylene propylene block copolymer polypropylene to obtain polypropylene solution, (2) adding carbon black and graphene into same organic solvent, adding coupling agent and ultrasonically processing to obtain carbon black graphene dispersion liquid, (3) adding carbon black-graphene dispersion to polypropylene solution, stirring and adding extracting agent, filtering obtained solid vacuum drying to obtain mixed material, and (4) extruding and granulating mixed material to obtain thermoplastic shielding material. USE - The method is useful for preparing thermoplastic shielding material. ADVANTAGE - The method: uses ultrasonic dispersion filler, establish conductive network, reduces percolation threshold of thermoplastic shielding materials and enhance conductivity.
