▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Photocatalytic degradation of beta -lactam antibiotics in water involves adding beta -lactam antibiotics, sodium dihydrogen phosphate (PBS) buffer solution and graphene oxide/eosin Y (GO/EY) suspension, under protection from light for specific period of time to achieve adsorption equilibrium, irradiating the solution with an LED lamp for specific period of time in order to carry out photocatalytic degradation of beta -lactam antibiotics, supplementing the mixture with ultrapure water to the volume before illumination and transferring into a centrifuge tube, carrying out simple centrifugation, removing the supernatant, measuring the absorbance at the maximum absorption wavelength of the beta -lactam antibiotic. USE - Photocatalytic degradation of beta -lactam antibiotics in water. ADVANTAGE - The use of graphene oxide/eosin Y composite material ensures improved photocatalytic power, thus enabling high oxidation degradation of the antibiotics. The process is simple, quick and has excellent removing efficiency, and uses solar light for actual water sample processing.
