▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene silicon anode material preparation involves high-energy ball milling of micron silicon powder in a high-energy ball mill followed by drying in a dry box to obtain nano-silicon particles, adding graphene to the obtained nano silicon particles, and then continuing ball milling in high energy ball mill. The ball milled material is dried to obtain a graphene silicon composite material. The polyacrylic acid and lithium hydroxide monohydrate are provided in a mass ratio of 1:2.0-1:1.5, and then dissolved in deionized water to obtain uniform transparent binder. The obtained graphene silicon composite material is mixed with the obtained binder with stirring for 10 minutes in a mass ratio of 1:9-2:8. The ground mixture is uniformly coated on the copper foil, and then dried to obtain the graphene silicon anode material for lithium battery. USE - Method for preparing graphene silicon anode material for lithium battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the graphene silicon anode material in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with effectively improved cycle performance, prolonged cycle life, and improved cycle life.
