NOVELTY - The apparatus has alternating graphene layers (110A,110B,110N) and dielectric layers (112A,112B) one on top of another that forms stack of heterojunctions, such that dielectric layers include boron nitride layers, molybdenum disulfide layers, and hathium disulfide layers. A nanopore (118) is through each of graphene layers and dielectric layers. The electrodes (122A,122B,122N) are individually addressed to each of graphene layers. The electrodes apply individual voltages to each of graphene layers on one to one basis when particular base of molecule is in nanopore. USE - Apparatus for sequencing molecules for use in nanodevice. ADVANTAGE - Apparatus for sequencing molecules is effectively improved.
