NOVELTY - Airfoil comprises a root section (102), an intermediate section (104) coupled with the root section, a tip section coupled with the intermediate section, and a layer arranged on the root section, the intermediate section, and/or the tip section, and comprising a carbon allotrope material, an electrically conductive material arranged on the carbon allotrope material, and comprising a polymer and a sulfonic acid, and a wear-resistant material layer adjacent the layer comprising the carbon allotrope material and the electrically conductive material. The carbon allotrope material is a carbon allotrope material sheet. USE - Airfoil. ADVANTAGE - The airfoil reduces overall energy demand of heaters of rotor blade, reduceS energy consumption, reduces amount of solvent for deposition provides faster curing times, and reduces costs of production.
