NOVELTY - Manufacturing heat-generating silica gel sheet comprises: (i) coating surface and bottom surface of heat-generating graphene sheet (1) with adhesive; (ii) placing processed heat-generating graphene sheet in mold, locating and fixing, and closing mold; (iii) injecting liquid silica gel (2) into mold by injection machine; (iv) solidifying and forming; (v) opening mold to obtain formed product, fixing formed product in cooling fixture, and introducing cooling circulating water to cool product; and (vi) fixing cooled product in shaping fixture, and performing burr removing treatment. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing heat-generating silica gel sheet, which is useful for manufacturing heat-generating silica gel glove, heat-generating silica gel pad, heat-generating silica gel mask and other electric heating product. ADVANTAGE - The method: is suitable for producing large batch of product, which can greatly reduce waste material, and is good for controlling precision of product; does not need to specially process material; simplifies production process; saves production cost; improves product quality; and reduces labor cost. The silica gel sheet: is waterproof; has heat resistance and air permeability; and can electrify heating wire to heat.
