NOVELTY - Anti-stretch polyvinyl chloride communication tube comprises 90-100 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 10-20 pts. wt. CM powder, 20-30 pts. wt. modified calcium carbonate, 10-15 pts. wt. reinforcing filler, 3-5 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, 1-3 pts. wt. lubricant, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1 pts. wt. anti-ultraviolet absorber, where, the reinforcing filler is made by the following steps: adding phosphorus-containing graphene and carboxylated castor oil into dimethylformamide, ultrasonically dispersing, adding 20 wt.% iron(III) nitrate nonahydrate aqueous solution, stirring and mixing for 30 minutes, adding 10 wt% iron(III) nitrate nonahydrate aqueous solution, adjusting the pH value of Tris solution to 8.6, continue stirring for 1 hour, allowing to stand the precipitation for 10-12 hours, filtering, and washing the filter cake with deionized water for 3-5 times, and drying at 100°C to obtain reinforcing filler. USE - The anti-stretch polyvinyl chloride communication tube is useful for communication protection and preparation method and as a communication tube for communication industry. ADVANTAGE - The anti-stretch polyvinyl chloride communication tube has high strength, toughness and high temperature resistance, and excellent plasticizing effect and flame retardant effect.
