▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing diamond/graphene/metal composite material comprises (i) making a carbon-containing polymer material into a solution; (ii) adding the solution of step (i) into the metal powder in multiple times, milling and vacuum drying; where the mass fraction of copper powder in the dried mixed powder is 80-99%; adding the prepared solution into metal powder evenly in multiple times, fully milling in a grinding bowl for 5 minutes and then vacuum drying for 10 minutes; (iii) adding the diamond and the mixed powder into a ball mill tank for dry powder mixing in a ball mill; (iv) adding the mixed powder obtained in step (iii) into a self-made mold, using microwave plasma technology in a nitrogen atmosphere, heating, and finally cooling in a nitrogen atmosphere to obtain diamond/graphene/copper mixed powder block; and (v) adding the mixed powder block obtained in step (iv) into a graphite mold and performing hot pressing in a hot pressing furnace; sintering, and then cooling. USE - The material is used for preparing high heat-conducting electronic packaging material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare diamond/graphene/metal composite material in a simple and cost-effective manner.
