▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Single layer graphene production involves adding 98% concentrated sulfuric acid into automatic feeding unit at 80 degrees C, and then adding phosphorus pentoxide and graphite powder with stirring for 6 hours. The resulting reaction material is washed by centrifugation, where the washing waste liquid is placed into waste water treatment unit. The result material is placed into automatic feeding unit with 98% concentrated sulfuric acid at 0 degrees C, where the resulting mixture is dried into reactor unit including potassium permanganate. USE - Method for producing single layer graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces the single layer graphene in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Single layer graphene production involves adding 98% concentrated sulfuric acid into automatic feeding unit at 80 degrees C, and then adding phosphorus pentoxide and graphite powder with stirring for 6 hours. The graphene oxide powder is placed into thermal reduction unit at 700-800 degrees C to form graphene powder. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic flowchart of the single layer graphene production method. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
