NOVELTY - Manufacturing enhanced composite graphite pole plate, involves taking a predetermined mass of carbon fiber, expanded graphite and graphene, and mixing uniformly. A phenolic resin and an epoxy resin are added to the mixture. An ethanol is added as a ball milling auxiliary agent. The ball mill is ball-milled in the ball mill to obtain a uniformly mixed slurry. The slurry is placed in a mold. A first stage hot pressing and curing process is performed for a predetermined time. A second stage hot press curing process for the predetermined time is performed. A polar plate is obtained, where pressure of the second stage of hot press is greater than 150 Mpa. The polar board is taken out, and cleaned and dried. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing enhanced composite graphite polar plate of fuel cell used for converting chemical energy of fuel and oxidant into electric energy. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of reinforced composite graphite pole plate with excellent bending strength, thermal conductivity and porosity, reduced brittleness, and simple and economical process.
