NOVELTY - The u-shaped cascade double-channel SPR optical fibre sensor of the utility model, the u-type multimode optical fibre and the straight single-mode optical fibre are welded, by controlling the u-shaped bending radius, can obtain two independent SPR signal on a sensing probe. In order to realize self-compensation detection of complex simple biological marker, the u-type multimode optical fibre region of the sensing probe is biologically functionalized as a detection channel, the un-functionalized single-mode straight optical fibre is used as the reference channel. in the biological marker concentration measuring process, can use the presence of the reference channel to eliminate the influence of physical adsorption of impurities in the detection channel on the result. The SPR optical fibre sensor solves the problem that the biological marker detection method has high manufacturing cost, strict environment requirement and long test period; it has good application prospect in the clinical monitoring of each biomarker.
