NOVELTY - Functional paper coating comprises 25-36 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane resin, 28-43 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 17-29 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate, 18-25 pts. wt. EDTA, 12-19 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 11-19 pts. wt. dispersant, 7-13 pts. wt. thickening agent, 6-13 pts. wt. defoamer, 8-22 pts. wt. pH regulator, 45-62 pts. wt. polyaniline-graphene hollow microspheres, 13-24 pts. wt. polyhexamethylene guanidine gluconate, 115-160 pts. wt. distilled water, 22-35 pts. wt. kaolin, 21-38 pts. wt. titanium silicon carbide (Ti3SiC) ceramic powder, and 34-55 pts. wt. nano-grade MCM-49 molecular sieve. USE - Functional paper coating. ADVANTAGE - The functional paper coating has optimized coating compatibility by adjusting the ceramic powder and hollow microsphere ratio, and provides the paper with antibacterial performance, flame resistance, salt mist resistance and improved printability.
