NOVELTY - The preparation of graphene composite nano material involves dispersing graphene oxide and deionized water to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, adding with sodium borohydride and urea, reacting to obtain boron nitrogen co-doped graphene, dissolving hexadecylamine into potassium chloride aqueous solution and anhydrous ethanol, treating, adding isopropyl titanate, reacting to obtain titanium dioxide precursor, adding boron nitrogen co-doped graphene and ethanol to form dispersion, adding with titanium dioxide precursor, reacting, centrifuging, washing, drying and calcining. USE - Preparation of graphene composite nano material used for photocatalytic degradation of pollutant and photolysis of water (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene composite nano material with excellent performance, reduces the recombination rate of holes and electrons, achieves narrow titanium dioxide band gap, extends the range of light response, achieves high stability of doped graphene, and improves the photocatalytic performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of graphene composite nano material involves weighing 10-20 g graphene oxide, adding 20-40 ml deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, constantly stirring, adding dispersion with 0.5-1.5 g sodium borohydride and 1-3 g urea, transferring resulting mixture to hydrothermal reactor at 150-200 degrees C for 12-18 hours, washing precipitate and drying to obtain boron nitrogen co-doped graphene, dissolving 3-5 g hexadecylamine into 1-2 ml potassium chloride aqueous solution and 120-240 ml anhydrous ethanol, ultrasonically treating, slowly adding 5-10 ml isopropyl titanate, reacting for 15-20 hours, filtering, washing, drying to obtain titanium dioxide precursor, adding 10-20% boron nitrogen co-doped graphene and 60-100 ml ethanol, ultrasonically treating for 1 hour to form dispersion, adding titanium dioxide precursor and dispersion to reaction vessel, reacting at 120-200 degrees C for 6-12 hours, centrifuging, washing, drying and calcining. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) graphene composite nano material; and (2) usage of graphene composite nano material for photocatalytic degradation of pollutant and photolysis of water.
