NOVELTY - Preparing conjugated ionic liquid exfoliation modified graphene conductive agent, comprises e.g. synthesizing conjugated ionic liquid MAIM PF6 light yellow solid product; stirring graphite sheet, conventional ionic liquid BMIM PF6 and conjugated ion liquid MAIM PF6, reacting; centrifuging, adding dichloromethane and ethanol and washing solid, repeating for 2 times, placing the obtained black solid in the vacuum box, drying to obtain black product modified by ionic graphene, preparing ion liquid modified graphene conductive agent: providing organic solvent, carbon material, dispersant, magnetic stirring treatment to obtain the graphene /carbon nano tube/conductive carbon black dispersion; vibrating and dispersing dispersion in the ultrasonic machine, ball milling. USE - Preparation method of modified graphene-conjugated ionic liquid exfoliated conductive agent. Uses include but are not limited to microelectronic device, solar battery, chemical battery and LED. ADVANTAGE - The conductive paste prepared by the method has good dispersibility, the appearance is very smooth, there is no obvious particle feeling, and the coated sample has small volume resistivity, good conductivity, suitable for use in microelectronic device, solar battery, chemical battery, and LED and so on field or device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing conjugated ionic liquid exfoliation modified graphene conductive agent, comprises: (a) synthesis of conjugated ionic liquid MAIM PF6: adding 9- anthracene methanol into solvent to dissolve, then adding phosphorus tribromide, electromagnetic stirring for 3-4 hours at room temperature, removing solvent, cleaning ethanol and filtering, vacuum drying to obtain solid 9-bromine methyl anthracene; providing N-methyl imidazole and 9-bromine methyl anthracene, adding solvent to dissolve, under the nitrogen atmosphere, refluxing and heating to 80-90°C for 4-6 hours, removing the solvent, filtering the residue after washing with ether, vacuum drying to obtain the solid 1-methyl-3 - (9-anthracene methyl) imidazole bromine salt, room temperature, mixing the 1-methyl -3-(9-anthracene methyl) imidazole bromine salt with water and acetone according to weight ratio of 1: 51-85: 17, then adding ammonium hexafluorophosphate at room temperature and stirring for 2-3 hours, washing the filtered residual solid by water to obtain light yellow solid product MAIM PF6; (b) preparing ionic liquid-modified few-layer graphene by taking graphite sheet, conventional ionic liquid BMIM PF6 and conjugated ion liquid MAIM PF6 prepared in step (a), stirring at uniform speed for 40-60 minutes; in the microwave reactor, the temperature is 120 -170°C, the rotating speed is 300-500 revolutions/minute (r/min), reacting for 50-70 minutes; then respectively processing for 30-50 minutes by cell crusher and ultrasonic cleaner, using 8000-10000 r/min of centrifuge for 5-10 minutes, taking the upper layer liquid, adding excessive dichloromethane, centrifuging for 15-20 minutes, keeping the solid, and adding ethanol, cleaning, centrifuging for 15-20 minutes, then continuously adding dichloromethane and ethanol and washing solid, repeating for 2 times, placing the obtained black solid in the vacuum box, at 80-90 °C, drying for 8-10 hours, the obtained black product is modified by ionic graphene, (c) preparing ion liquid modified graphene conductive agent: providing 90-95% organic solvent, 5-9% carbon material, 1-3% dispersant, where the carbon material is the mixture of ion liquid modified by graphene b, carbon nano-tube and conductive carbon black, magnetic stirring treatment to obtain the graphene /carbon nano tube/conductive carbon black dispersion ; vibrating and dispersing the dispersion in the ultrasonic machine of 800-1000 w for 1-2 hours, ball milling the processed dispersion for 2-4 hours in the ball mill at 200-300 r/min to obtain the composite conductive agent of the graphene-carbon nano tube conductive carbon black. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: the conjugated ionic liquid exfoliation modified graphene conductive agent; preparation method of conjugated ionic liquid exfoliation modified graphene conductive electrode sheet comprising : (a) dissolving the polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) in the organic solvent, preparing PVDF solution with mass fraction of 5-10 %; (b) providing conjugated ion exfoliation modified graphene conductive agent and material anode, mixing the conductive agent with the PVDF solution, adding anode material, magnetic stirring treatment to obtain conductive paste containing material anode, (c) placing the stirred conductive paste into a vacuum defoaming machine for defoaming for 20-40 minutes and then taking out; (d) coating the conductive paste containing the material anode, PET film for coating treatment, then placing into a vacuum drying box at 100-110℃ and drying for 8-10 hours to obtain anode sheet; and conjugated ionic liquid exfoliation modified graphene conductive electrode sheet.
