NOVELTY - A injectable oxidized graphene/graphene composite hydrogel is obtained by mixing aqueous solution containing oxidized graphite or graphene and 2.5-20 %g/ml F-127-type polyether block, drug solution and ( alpha )-cyclodextrin aqueous solution and standing. The drug solution is organic solution or aqueous solution containing drug. The concentration of cyclodextrin in ( alpha )-cyclodextrin aqueous solution is 80-200 mg/mL. The volume ratio of total volume of aqueous solution containing oxidized graphite or graphene and drug solution and ( alpha )-cyclodextrin aqueous solution is 1:0.9-1.1. USE - Injectable oxidized graphene/graphene composite hydrogel is used for drug delivery. ADVANTAGE - The drug delivery is stably performed using injectable oxidized graphene/graphene composite hydrogel. The Injectable oxidized graphene/graphene composite hydrogel has excellent mechanical properties and high drug carrying capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of injectable oxidized graphene/graphene composite hydrogel, which involves dissolving ( alpha )-cyclodextrin in water, obtaining ( alpha )-cyclodextrin aqueous solution, separately dispersing water-soluble graphene oxide/graphene in water, adding F-127-type polyether block, obtaining water-soluble graphene oxide/graphene aqueous solution, separately preparing drug solution, mixing ( alpha )-cyclodextrin aqueous solution, water-soluble graphene oxide/graphene aqueous solution and aqueous drug solution and standing.
