▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing three-dimensional graphene involves depositing metal substrate on the surface of the wire mesh to obtain a mesh template on which graphene is grown by chemical vapor deposition to obtain a graphene-grown mesh template. The graphene-grown mesh plate is etched with an acid solution to obtain three-dimensional graphene. USE - Method for preparing three-dimensional graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare three-dimensional graphene which has stronger operability, higher electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity relative to graphene foam, good mechanical performance and higher bulk density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing three-dimensional graphene composite material which involves: (A) depositing metal substrate on surface of metal mesh, obtaining screen template; (B) growing graphene on surface of screen template by chemical vapor deposition to obtain the growth of a graphene screen template; (C) etching template using acid solution to obtain three-dimensional graphene; (D) loading metal catalyst on the three-dimensional graphene to obtain three-dimensional graphene with metal catalyst; and (E) growing graphene on the surface of carbon nanotube with metal catalyst loaded by chemical vapor deposition to obtain desired three-dimensional graphene composite material.
