▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Bonding agent comprises 10-20 wt.% hydrophilic solvent, 3-10 wt.% surfactant, 0.5-2 wt.% graphene particles and 70-85 wt.% water. The hydrophilic solvent is ethylene glycol monomethyl ether and diethylene glycol. The surfactant is stearic acid, zinc stearate and lithium stearate. USE - The bonding agent is useful in additive manufacturing of nickel-based alloys (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The bonding agent fills the gap of the nickel base alloy, improves the density, and graphene particle can be refine grain, further improving the mechanical performance. The graphene has very high thermal stability, excellent strength and toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of the bonding agent.
