NOVELTY - The structure has a monolayer that is arranged between first graphene electrode and second graphene electrode. The first graphene electrode and the second graphene electrode are arranged to be separated. The first graphene electrode is physically combined at one end of the monolayer and the second graphene electrode is chemically and physically combined at one end of the monolayer. USE - Structure of flexibility electronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The excel stability can be provided as the flexibility monolayer device in which the arrangement of the second graphene electrode/physical or the chemical combination/monolayer/chemical or the physical coupling/first graphene electrode is transparent, so that the structure of device can be stable under light-switching cycle with mechanical stress condition. Thus the operation performance of the graphene/light-switching monolayer/graphene device is improved. The problem due to the application of the metal particle is resolved by altogether arranging the graphene thin film of the monolayer to the first and the second electrodes of the organic molecular device, so that the fabrication efficiency of the electrode applying the graphene is improved.
